This is my second attempt to post to this group, my first
one never showed up.
I am attempting to use my scanner from my all in one HP.
I have spent over 4 hours with 4 diff techs at HP, they
cannot help because they problem is with Microsoft. I
found the problem in an article#320549 and it says to
click on the link to contact microsoft, but then all it
does is send me back to my computer manufacturer. All
they want to do is keep me on hold forever and then
charge me for their service. If microsoft admits it's a
problem and tells people that they have a fix to it and
all we need to do is call then why don't they post a
direct number that we can call to get this figured out.
I am growing weary and may become a mac user if microsoft
can start providing some decent customer service!!
Thank you for any help you can offer
