Since I moved to XP, my scanner is not recognized.
I have a Pacific Imaging ScanAce 360p, I have checked with the manufacture,
and the drivers are compatable with XP, I have upgraded my Paperport to the
XP drivers. Any suggestions on how to get this to work, I am in desperate
need of it, yesterday?

From the Start menu select "Control Panel" then select "scanners and
Cameras" on that screen you have an option to add the device. With my UMAX
scanner (9 years old) I believe I had to have the CD with the driver on it.

There is a wizard to help you install it.
