scanner & camera wizard

when plugging in my camera to USB it makes a ding sound
and shows up as a drive. but the scanner & camera wizard
does not start what should i do.

I am having this very same problem with a new Dell

running WinXP. I did not have this problem with a Compaq
running WinXP that I had for two years. My camera is an
Olympus D-510 Zoom. Does anyone have any ideas about what
to do? Thanks.
 
Hi, Try this it worked for me. Click on Start > Run > Type in REGSVR32
SHIMGVW.DLL Press OK (There is a space between 32 and SHIMGVL)
