scanner and camera wizard deleted

by mistake i right clicked and deleted the scanner and camera wizard in the
accessory menu and trying to get i back or reinstalled - windows xp pro
preinstalled no cd's help... thanks

Open this folder

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start
Menu\Programs\Accessories

Right click an open area in the right hand pane and select
New -> Shortcut from the menu.
Copy and paste the following into the location box.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\wiaacmgr.exe -SelectDevice

Hit the Next button.
Name your new shortcut Scanner and Camera Wizard.
Hit the Finish button.
Go back to the Start Menu and see if the shortcut shows up
under Accessories.
See if it opens the Scanner and Camera Wizard.

Note: You can also access the wizard through the Scanners and
Cameras applet in Control Panel.

try create a shortcut with something like
c:\Windows\system32\wiaacmgr.exe -SelectDevice
if that fails try with
wiaacmgr.exe -SelectDevice
