I suspect this file was created in an earlier
version of MS Picture It. You should be able
to open the file in any version of MS Picture It!
or MS Digital Image.
Also, if you have MS Office you could try the
file in MS Publisher, Word, PowerPoint, Etc...
There's a trial version of MS Digital Image
that should open the file if you would like to
try it:
Microsoft Digital Image Starter Edition 2006
is a downloadable 60 day trial version with
much of the functionality of MS Digital Image
Suite 2006.
Once your 60 day trial period has ended, the
program will de-feature to minimal functionality.
Unlike the retail version...the trial does not
have the ability to create VCDs and does
not support RAW files.
