scan scheduler

I have already posted this to the general section, but
not sure if I should have posted here.
I have tried to setup scan scheduling for 21.00, but
this and whatever pm time I try when I press the update
tab, the schedule changes to the equivalent time, but am.
eg 9.00am
Also I am in England. If I set the time do I have to set
it to an American time(zone?), or as would be correct in
England?
Any ideas please Thanks
 
Sorry, I didn't spot the same question asked before, but
no answer. I would still appreciate an answer to the
second part of my query though if there is one as wellas
the first part

Use your own time zone; it relates to UTC and should have no effects to
other settings.

The experience I am seeing in these groups with the new build, is that
setting the time settings to use 12-hour notation, rather than 24 hour,
eliminates this issue--i.e. you should be able to set to PM times, in your
local time zone.

I haven't had a chance to verify this myself, I'm afraid.
