Scan Schedule in Antispyware

I work for a charity based help line, we work from 5pm to 11pm. I cant change
the schedule for the spyware scan to run automatically to pm. Every time I
click update it defaults back to the am. the lastest I can set it is
11:59am... which is of no use to anyone... can you change this as all our
machines are not scanning.
 
Here's the quickfix.

Change your locale/language setting to English (United States)

Then set the scan and/or update schedule.

Then change the locale/language setting back to your normal setting.

The scan will remain scheduled properly for the afternoon or evening time
you chose.

Has something changed on this recently? I seem to remember having tried it
in the past and it didn't work, although it works as described now.

Nothing's changed since July 18 or so. It should always have worked. The
12 hour clock is a default for English (United States) but if you set the
clock format to a 24 hour one in that language setting, the same bug
arises--it's purely related to the H versus the h in the clock format.

Microsoft has not been upgrading code via the weekly upgrade process--we're
still on build .615 issued July 18th, and all the bugs that were there on
that date are still with us, for a few weeks longer.
