As far as I know, not really. scanpst.exe works at a level lower than
individual items. It concentrates more on the structure of the database
file. Bad records and rows and tables are more or less removed, which
removes the associated items these things collectively make-up. The log file
generated by the tool gives info on the steps being performed, but that's
about it. In a nutshell: the "bad" items are those which, after the
recovery, are no longer there.
