Used them a fair bit as i said on a different thread, found RMA to be good?
Tech support awful, the kid ont he phone kept telling me that i had to register as an OEM builder with Microsoft or Vista wouldn't work lol: I told him i hadn't got that far as the Motherboard is dead and he still harps on about Vista, spoke to his Boss and they sent me a new board straight away.
They are okay, nothing flash, but i prefer aria now because of the Superspecials, a drill for 99p!!!!!!!

I have to say that i have used Scan (based in Bolton) for several years now as my first port of call for all my IT components and have always found them to be excellent. On the few occasions that a part has failed, i have only had to pop in and swap it. Of course, I live only 20 mins drive time away, so this is far less inconvenient than a postal return, so that might highlight bigger issues.
I always find their website and online ordering system works fine - no problems so far. Plus, they have just undergone a major refurb, so that might account for some recent issues.
Overall, though, on price and service and quality, I would highly recommend Scan to anyone.
