Scan auto-run time

Download indicated automatic scan would run at 2am daily.
Options were set to run at 9am daily
 
Scheduled scan is a buggy feature and is known to stray away from the
desired scan time that was set. You just have to try another time and hope
that it works, should be fixed by beta 2.
