Hi,
Is there any way to set a maximum size for each grouping in a report?
I know in Excel that I can set the scaling to fit one page across. then no
matter how much info is there, it automatically scales it smaller to fit.
Can I do that in Access somehow. I have a students database which lists
their clubs, hobbies, activities, etc. I want to make a report to put each
student on ONE page only. Some students have more info than others.
I want to be able to set ti to automatically scale, so if a kid has lots of
info, it will shrink and still fit on that page.
Any way to do this? A VB script maybe?
Thanks,
John
