If a slide has both text and objects, how can I increase
or decrease the size of both the text and the objects in
the same proportion at the same time?

Select All changes only the graphics, but not the font
size.

Thanks!
Marilyn

If you use Word Art it will size with the other objects, because it isn't
really text. Text size is controlled by the font settings and only the
surrounding textbox will re-size.

Marilyn,

If you select all your text and objects.
Then Edit menu>copy
Then Edit menu>paste special

Choose "Picture"

Then you can scale everything and the text will shrink exactly as you would
expect it to.

If you then need to edit the text.....Draw menu>ungroup
