Scale Reports to D or E size paper

Solution 1: Reset the original report format to a wider
layout. This is still restricted by the above and means
that the report will always be in this size.

Solution 2: Publish the report to MS Word, select the
large format printer and set the page size you desire,
then print "scaled to fit". Requires an export to MS Word
each time but allows user to determine the final printed
size.
