Whenever I run the Anti-Spyware program (right click on
the system tray icon, select Open), my system sys it is
preparing to install and asks for the source of
SBWQB.msi. I don't have this msi file available nor do I
understand why the Anti-Spyware program cares about it. I
cancel the install and Anti-Spyware seems to work OK
without it.
The program SBWQB.exe is the Hewlett Packard Sales
Builder program, installed by default at C:\Trilogy\lib.
It has been installed on my machine for over a year and I
hardly ever use it.
Why is Anti-Spyware doing this? Is there some registry
information you need to understand the problem?
