We have some issues here. 1. are you sure you have correct default gateway? 2. it seems to me you use this server as a router. but not sure what you mean "but if open from the secont network "my network places" i see all of them pcs but not browse the pcs from first network." Basically, the public IP should not allow to access the inside LAN.
