What needs to be setup on the xp pro workstation in order for it to be
remotely accessed while on a network running off of sbs 2003. The server is
setup and ready to go. I need to know if their is anything needed to be
done on the workstation.

Enable remote desktop and add the appropriate users to the security
permissions for same (control panel | system | remote). If you want RD
accessible from the Internet, there's more you need to do, but you haven't
specified that....

Give the computer in question a static IP or a DHCP reservation.
Open up port 3389 in your router/firewall to that IP address.
Use the public IP of the router in the remote desktop client.
