SBS.DRV failed to load because System.ini could not find VSBS.DRV

The error message SBS.DRV failed to load because VSBS.DRV
from system.ini could not be found.

This occurred after trying to unload some 3rd party
software. Pls could i be advised how to troubleshoot this.

Thank you to anyone who can provide any assistance.
