Windows XP SBS 2003 Fax Problem

I have a SBS 2003 Server with Outlook Fax client. I can send faxes via the Fax Console and they arive all Ok.

If I send a fax via Outlook it passes the Fax out to the Fax system. It dials and sends the Fax. Only problem is that the fax comming out at the other end is all compressed.

The fax machine that I am sending to is running OK. Checked that.
