SBCMSYNC.DLL on Outlook Start-up

I am receiving the error message "...Application
Data\Microsoft\Add-ins\C:\Prog. Files\Microsoft
Office\Office 11\SMCMSYNC.DLL is not a valid Office Add-
in upon start-up. Outlook seem to work fine after I "OK"
out of it.
Does anyone know what it is?
If it is not a big deal, how do I keep it from coming up
again?
Could it have to do with ACT! stware as they integrate
with each other, and sometimes the email does not come up
in ACT?
 
This dll actually refers to Microsoft Sync add-in file. I believe there are 2 ways to stop this from occuring
1) Create a new profile from the mail icon in the control pane
2) Go into the registry and delete the ke
