sbcmsybc.dll is not a valid office add in

I am using A roaming profile. When I logon to one of my
machines I get an error when opening outlook that
says "sbcmsync.dll is not a valid office addin".

I have followed some knowlsedge base articles that
instructs me to go into addins and remove the
syncronization addin. However, it does not show in the
list.

How can I make this error go away?
 
delete extend.dat
