Recenlt my USB stopped working and I checked under System and USB driver has a little yellow exclaimation mark on it.

Should I download a new motherboard driver? ASUS P4P8000 SE

Thanks in advance!

Just use the device manager to remove the USB and reboot, it
will be reinstalled.
I suggest you disconnect any devices plugged in and after
rebooting, reinstall each device one at a time.

Visit the support website of the manufacturer of your computer
or motherboard and download the appropriate chipset driver.

If you have an Intel processor and chipset:

Install the Intel® Chipset Software Installation Utility

Got same advice from my computer tech support when USB devices
refused to function. This solution worked. Uninstall USB drivers then
reboot. Right click My Computer. Go through Properties-->Hardware-->
Device Manager-->Universal Serial Bus Controllers. Right click all
listed drivers and select uninstall for each. Reboot computer.
