I have designed a form in access. The problem is that the program will not
save all the data in a memo box and certain other fields
 
Are you quite certain that the controls are bound to the underlying table
fields?

If you are using an unbound form, are you quite certain that the function
you are using to marshal the data to the table is handling all the controls?
