after editing, i want to send my project or save my project and i get the
message
(cannot save the movie to the specified location.verify that the original
source files used n your movie are still available. is there a way to
uninstall movie maker and reinstalled it.

Are the original files available?
What file type are they, as mp3's/mpegs/jpegs can have this effect.
Also do you have the room to save it?

I have the same problem and i have 27GB on my c drive. I dunno what to do. I cant save any of my movies

version 5.1. files are available, i have tried with different files
jpeg,mpegs, and i get the same message. i have a 120gig hard drive. so theres
plenty of space.

Well the two filetypes you mentioned are known to cause problems in Movie
Maker, which is the reason Graham asked about filetypes to begin with.
Try converting the JPG's to BMP's and the MPEG's to AVI's and import those
into Movie Maker. Then you will most likely be able to save your movie.
