When try saving webpage to computer folder get drop down error message "THIS
WEBPAGE CAN NOT BE SAVED".

Some web page owners do not allow their content to be saved.

There are workarounds that usually work, but I personally won't help
with thwarting a copyright owner's protection.

When posting to a newsgroup please avoid typing in caps. By tradition
that means you're shouting at us.

Sorry...didn't see where original question actually got posted. New to this
site...trying to find help.

Thank you for the help. Sorry about the caps. First time user.

Second time poster.

You asked the exact same question in another thread - that's a no-no..[/QUOTE]

NO, it is not a no-no. It's inexperience, and called multi-posting.
Instead it's much more efficient to cross-post:

Oh, and why would that be?
Maybe he/she didn't get and sufficient answer in the other thread.
Maybe he/she missed the reply.
Perhaps he/she was in need for a quick reply.
Or are you just reminding the OP that he/she asked somewhere else?
Maybe the other thread was the wrong NG.

Don't top post, don't bottom post.
Don't use caps, don't do this, don't do that!

For f u c k sake stop being so arrogant, bullish, it's not costing you
anything!

There is only one rule in newsgroups and that is.... BE CIVIL!
Goddamn, you wannabe cops make me sick! You think you own the NG?

Don't like the post? DON'T ANSWER IT!

Geeeeeeeeeeeeeessss!

You have the perfect nick! Methinks you need a lesson in newsgroup
netiquette.
