Hi,

Many website opens popup window in which there is no menubar. Since
there is no top menus, I am unable to save these pages on my local
disk.

View source option from context menu is of no use as it can not save
complete page. Ctrl-S also does not work. Currently I print pages to
pdf file but I am looking for save option.

Can someone sugget solution on how to save webpage when there is no
menubar or even better, wow do I stop internet explorer menubar to
disappear.

Regards,
Yusuf

Try pressing "Alt-F-S" or "Ctrl-S" in the window with no
menu bar. One can print the contents of such a window by
using "Ctrl-P," so I would imagine that "Ctrl-S" would
work to save the page.

Hi,

I couldn't find any ready utility which can do this. So I wrote a
small utility which can enable menubar on any existing or new IE
window. Apart from menubar, it can also enable toolbar, right click
context menu, and text selection if they are disabled by website. You
can find this utility and detail on my website:

I am sure it will be useful for many of us.

Regards,
Yusuf

IEHelper is a small application that can enable various internet
explorer features, often disabled by many websites. IEHelper can
automatically enable following features:

Toolbar
Menubar
Context Menu
Text Selection

IEHelper can enable these features on existing IE windows and it also
watch for new windows.

I quickly wrote this application (in a day) for personal use as I
sometime wanted to save webpage but couldn't do without menubar. I
hope it will be useful for others too.

Using IEHelper
IEHelper can be launched by running IEHelper.exe. It does not launch
any dialog. It creates icon on taskbar. You can configure IEHelper by
right clicking on icon and then select Settings from context menu or
double click on icon. Use Enable All to enable various features on
existing IE windows. Use Close All to close all IE windows.
