I don't have Google Toolbar saved, but I assume Google Toolbar saves a copy
of Web Page URLs, when you save the them using IE's Favorites center, they
are stored in your User\User_namer\Favorites folder
It really doesn't matter to me, but I consider IE Favorites more open,
Favorites in Mozilla Firefox for instance is like a PST file which kinda
weird.
Either IE7 Favorites or Google Bookmarks will enable you to access web pages
via the saved address. If you ever lose Google, you lose your addresses. My
preference is to stick with IE7 Favorites; it's a personal choice.
