Saving videos

Often in my enterprise area someone will put up a video of
methods/techniques and he says he will have it up for only about three days.
We have to watch it quickly and try our best taking down some notes.

Is it possible for me to download and save that video and later watch it as
often as I like as I try to learn the systems? Just a few times it is on
YouTube.

Do you have experience with either of those linked products? The first one
seems to be a pig and the second one refuses to download at the moment; I'll
have try it later.
