Saving .VCF to contacts list

In the past, if I am e-mailed a .vcf file, outlook has
automatically saved it as a new contact in my outlook
contacts when I go "Save As". It is now defaulting to
save any new .vcf's to a palm top program I have installed
on my computer called "Palm Desktop for CLIE". How do I
make it default back to outlook contacts list?? thanks
 
In Internet Explorer, choose Tools | Internet Options | Programs and set the default program for contacts.
