Saving Up to 6%

Hi, anyone experience saving a movie where the progress
bar just stays at 6% without going more? The program is
not hanged and the "# Minutes Remaining" keep increasing.
A softwsre bug here?

Give it 5 to 10 minutes at that point and then assume it's hung up and
cancel the process.
