Hi,

I use Word 2000 and I often have to send files to Word 97 users. I
there a way that I can see how the file will look in Word 97?

Many thanks
Rich

There is an option to 'Save as...' in 97 word format and I assume tha
if you did that then you would be able to see what the document look
like in 97.

There are also quite a lot of 'viewers' on the web and perhaps if yo
downloaded a Word 97 viewer then you would be able to see exactly wha
the documents look like, try this one:

Everything looks fine on my computer.

Have you checked the setting for "Disable features not available in Word 97"
(or whatever the wording is in Word 2000)? A greater factor than the version
difference is probably the printer difference. See
