Saving to my computer

I save a movie I made of audio and pictures combined of my daughter's
graduation and I thought that I saved it to my computer, but when I open up
the WMM and try to open up the file that is called 'Nicky's Graduation' it
will not open up into WMM for me to see or to make another copy on DVD. Does
anyone know what I am doing wrong?
