Saving the Exchange Password

Our office uses MS-Exchange with Outlook. I have a notebook from the Office, and my desktop at home. I often keep the two "in sync" by copying the OST and PST files using Briefcase

Here is the problem. We periodically change passwords at work. I can change the VPN and system password on my desktop -- but I cannot seem to save a password for logging into the Exchange server so that it is necessary to enter the password each time. Certainly, there must be some way to save the password

Don't tell me to save it on the Exchange Dialog Security tab -- there is NO security tab

Isn't there even a 3rd party solution for this? I'm just trying to save a password here

Dos the admin have a policy in use that prevents the password from being
saved? How are you connecting to the exchange account? There should be a
security dialog that controls how you authenticate.... and "none" forces the
password all the time. However, unless the desktop logs into the network,
the authentication methods won't change things.
