John

I have searched my computer for these files in both places, under both names
and have not been able to find it. The problem is that the computer is going
into the shop and the motherboard will be replaced. The techs said that the
factory settings will then be restored. That will remove the current
collection I have on a project that I am working on.

I transfered all my files to my desk top but I can't seem to save the
collections or find where they are so that I can transfer them. I have well
over 48 hours of editing done and saved in the collections and hate to loose
them.

Is there a way to specifically save the current collection to a designated
file for copying.

Thanks
Mary

Have you tried going to...Start / Search /
All files and folders / All or part of the file name...

Enter MEDIATAB1.DAT

More advanced options...
'Search hidden files and folders'
"Search subfolders'

Click Search...

Also...try opening a folder and go to...
Tools / Folder Options / View tab...
Tick...'Show hidden files and folders'
Now have another look for the files

Sorry...I don't know how to direct the collections file
to a specific folder.
