saving target in outlook

Real newbie with vista and outlook. I want to save the target (a video file)
in a email that was sent to me. In WinXP using outlook express I right
clicked the link and choose "save target as" and I could save the file where
I wanted to on my hard disk. Trying to learn and could use some help.

Highlight the email, click on File->Save Attachment.
