Saving Spell Check Words

I would like to reformat my computer, but I don't want to lose the words I added to the dictionary (ie. rare last names, medical terms, etc.). Is there a way to "save" this spell check dictionary and import it when I re-install Word XP?
 
The file you want to back up is Custom.dic. See
