Saving screen images of forms to paste into documentation

I'd like to save the screen images of my various forms and reports, in order to then paste them into the documentation for my database.
I've tried PrintScreen, Alt+PrintScreen, Ctrl+PrintScreen, and Shift+PrintScreen, and always get the same result--the entire view of the desktop, with the forms floating inside. I want just the forms themselves. I'd prefer not to have go back and crop the desktop image to cut out the form.
Any ideas?
Thanks.
John

I highly recommend a product named Snag-It - http://www.snagit.com

As Cheryl has mentioned, if you are doing very many screen captures, there
is no product I have found that's superior to SnagIt. You can find it at:

http://www.techsmith.com

However, if you're just doing a few screen captures, change the form
temporarily to a popup form them do an Alt+PrtScn and you'll get just the
form. Alternatively, you can just copy the entire image, then paste it into
MS-Paint, then just copy the form and paste it into a new image.
