I have seen this question asked, but never really answered yet. I want to
setup a user to be able to run an evaluation report over and over, each time
selecting a new person's evaluation data, and then save that report as a PDF
file. I have them set to create the PDF by printing to the PDF printer
(which creates the .pdf file). By default, the PDF writer uses the report
name as the file name. If the user runs the report again with new data and
saves it, the new file will have the same name as the report and the old
file will be overwritten. I could have the user re-name the file once it is
created, but we all know how that works ;-). I would like, rather, to
somehow create the .pdf file with a different name each time - like
appending the name of the person whose evaluation is being printed. Any
suggestions? Changing the Caption property doesn't work as the report name
stays the same - and so does the .pdf file name. Call me stumped.
