Saving Printer Settings as Default

Hello,

I am trying to find a way to save the "Print what:" option as "handouts" and
the "Color/greyscale:" option as "Pure Black and White". I know you can have
the document itself save these options (the color option in documents doesn't
work though for some reason) but I want it to save on the actual application.
We have many machines students can print from and the teachers aren't going
to take time to create printer friendly documents. So we need to set the
computers to print this way by default.

If anyone has a suggestion please enlightne me :)

P.s. Powerpoint 2003 is what we are using.

You can't set this as an application-wide setting as you've found. That's a
shame, especially for folks in your situation.

available (I think I have the name right ... can't locate it right now)

I don't remember either if it lets you do just what you are looking for, but
it is probably worth the free download just to see.
