PPS with files of sound

Hi,

I have a PPT and i inserted sounds into it (insert -> sound from a file).
I saved it as a PPS and send it as a mail to othres.

They can not hear the sound.

Is there somthing i need to do to save the PPS with sound?

More than likely, your sound was linked and did not travel with your email. Depending on the size of your sound file you could convert it to a WAV file as they are the only files that are inserted, up to a max size of 50000kb. All other are linked and have to be sent along with your presentation file.

I've tried PFCExpress twice now. I can't get .midi files to play no matter
what I try. I.Wav files play fine, however. When I send an email out via
PFCExpress add-on in PowerPoint it's received and opens fine, but no .midi
sounds play. I do presentations for clients and I need a simple, sure-fire
way for them to get the presentations as I created them. Is there a problem
with .midi files specifically? If not, what suggestions might the Board
experts have?
Thanks...
