saving powerpoint to open in television station

I created a powerpoint which i want my local comcast to run as an
advertisement; however they cant open it. Please help
 
I would find out what version of powerpoint the tv station is using

eg. powerpoint 2000 / 2003 / 2007

Are they using macs? or windows PCs?

How big is the file?

They are using 2003 so what should i save it as? Should i save it as
powerpoint add-In?
