saving pictures

Suddenly every picture I try to save comes in
as "untitled" and a bitmap. I am unable to change on the
drop down listing for bitmap is all that is shown.
PLEASE HELP!! I do not know how to correct this!

Basically, you need to clean up your temporary Internet files.
