Hoping someone can help. Having a problem saving picture JPEG files.
The first time I save a given filename, no problem. However, if I download another file with the same filename, rename it, and save it, the file is saved in a different format: My Documents will show it as FILE under Type, but there is no extension (hence cannot re-associate it). The icon used is a standard default.
I run NOD32 and CC Cleaner and have had very good luck the past 3 years avoiding virus'. Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance!
