Saving Pictures off of a Web Page

When I try to save a particular picture (image) off of a
web page, my computer locks up (or I should say Internet
Explorer locks up). I have to "End Task" to access IE
agin. Any ideas, suggestions, fixes?

Not a common situation or error.
Did you try to make room in your Temporary Internet Files (Folders)

Look at the source code is the image on the same server or else were?
 
More than enough room in the Temp Internet Folder. Image
on the same server. Now what?

Are the image generated by a script?

Java or your script engine may de damaged.

With Java make sure that only MS Vm is enable should you also have SUN.
