saving picture

I need to save a picture to be able to use it as a background. How do I save
the picture and then use it as a background.
 
Right click on the photo then choose Save As Picture.

Then in your Master, right click on your background (may sure graphics and
text don't get in the way) then choose Format Background or Background.
