Hi Guys,

I had some 50-year-old slides put on a DVD (by a professional, not me) and
have viewed the disk on my DVD player.

What I want to do is be able to pick out certain slides and save them as
..jps files and print some of them. What I need is a suggestion as to the
software needed to accomplish this.

By the way, I managed to watch the slide show once on my computer, but can't
repeat the process. I have no idea which program I used. I've got several,
but none that will open a .VOB extension.

All suggestions welcome.

=============================
If you have a DVD drive in your computer,
you probably have a program like..."Power
DVD" or "InterVideo WinTV Recorder".

This type of software will play the DVD and
also has a capture option that allows you
to make screen shots and save them in
an image format like .jpg.

The professional had to scan your slides
before putting them on a DVD. I would
suggest that you request copies of the
scans.
