saving photo's off the internet

My hard drive crashed. Put a new one in it and now when I get on the internet
and try to save pictures, it won't work. They read no preview avalible. I
have seen the other questions and tryed what they said to do but it still
isn't working. I am not using AOL either. I am on Wal-Mart Connect. All of
the others are for AOL What do I do? How can I fix this.
