THAT'S PROBABLY BECAUSE YOU YELL AT IT INSTEAD OF RESEARCHING!

Try using google (www.google.com) and search for "Remember Passwords XP" and
you'll probably find things like:

(Also, you didn't specify exactly what you needed help on.. What do you
consider to be "Windows XP"? That's just the OS. Internet Explorer and
Outlook Express and Office and such are seperate programs..)
