Some of my newer systems have had this same problem, and
these reg hacks don't seem to work. I'm using outlook
2002, sp2 10.4712.4219 on winXP Pro sp1 5.1.2600. I've
deleted the keys twice, and checked the permissions. The
key even shows that the permissions are ok. The strange
thing is that even in the account setup screen, where you
enter the user info, the password box is greyed out, and
the save password box is as well. There seems to be no
way of saving the password. If anyone has any ideas,
please help.
Thanks.
