The default web page that gets created when we "save as a web page" changes the format of the Outllook calendar view to show a small calendar on the left and text on the right with button to expand details. We wouldl ove to retain the same format as Ouotlook shows (ideally). If not, allow us to customizer the view and correct the issues

The biggest problem is when we add a lot of events for a day, one event may move to another day!
Event are hard to see if there are many events even though we have a button on the right to expand

Anyone have these kind of issues?

That's the way the web page is designed. You can't alter the format unless
you want to handcode the page. You might get better results with one of the
other available methods -- see http://www.slipstick.com/dev/olpubcal.htm

What about using "outlook calendar template for word"? It is a word template with VBA code? I did download a .dot file, but I am not sure what to do with it. Then there is "OutCal" - know anything about that

The calendar templates for Word are great. You can modify the macros to do
whatever you want. Like any .dot file template, just create a new document
from it.
