Saving out a form AS IT ACTUALLY looks!

I've got a form that users input various data into, and
now I've been requested to make it something electronic to
be saved out, instead of just paper copies. However, all
the export features I'm offered are rather lacking, and
don't grab things as they look on the form... Is there a
way other than by printing to PDF to get this form as it
looks saved out? The reason I want to try to find another
method besides PDF is I'm not sure everyone who needs it
can print out PDFs. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

If you just want something that "looks like" your form, then temporarily change the
form to a PopUp and then while open press <Alt-PrtScrn>. Then you can open Word and
paste the image into a document.
